HelpKidsPlaySports.org (HKPS) recently presented the Oviedo YMCA with a donation of $750. This past year, HKPS donations have helped 27 young underfunded athletes participate in a sport of their choice.

The funds were given to specifically help waive league fees for deserving kids who want to play in the Y sports programs but can't afford to pay. Kevin Masih, founder of HKPS and Lance Ragland, co-founder, presented the check to Charis Simmons (Vasallo), Membership Coordinator, and Karen Smith, Director.
